What is the Coaches Kairos Retreat?

Purpose: This is a special invite to coaches in Metro Detroit that we feel would add value and appreciate the format. We believe this is the toughest time in the history of sports to be a head coach. This “Kairos” experience is designed to restore, refresh, and reinvigorate coaches for the next season. Coaches are 3-dimensional beings, just like the players they serve. We want to create an experience that produces growth in the body, mind, and spirit of each coach that attends. They will be treated to a 3-day, 2-night stay on Harsens Island in July. This experience will be a collaboration of leadership, motivation, and reconnecting with our purpose in coaching and what brings meaning to our profession. Participants will be provided meals, reflection time, collaboration, and enrichment.
